Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Merchant: Novormo, operating under the business name Novormo.
Consumer: Any individual placing an order with Novormo for personal and non-commercial use.
Agreement: Any sales contract concluded remotely between the Merchant and the Consumer through the website www.novormo.com.
Remote Communication: Any system that enables an agreement to be concluded without the Merchant and Consumer being physically present at the same time.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through Novormo’s online store. By placing an order, the Consumer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers, product listings, and promotions on the website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Novormo strives for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but is not liable for obvious errors or omissions.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The sales contract is established once the Consumer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully received. Novormo will confirm the order electronically.
Article 6 – Returns
Consumers may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. The Consumer must notify Novormo by email before returning any products. Return shipping costs must be covered by the Consumer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

Article 7 – Consumer Obligations During Return Period
During the return period, the Consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. Returned items must include all original accessories, documentation, labels, and packaging materials.
Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Return
The Consumer must notify Novormo of a return request within 30 days of receipt via support@novormo.com.
Once approval is granted, the product must be shipped back within 14 days. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Article 9 – Liability
Novormo is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.
Novormo distributes products sourced from third-party suppliers and is not liable for defects caused by such products. Warranty claims will be handled in coordination with the manufacturer or supplier.
Novormo accepts no liability for consequential damages such as fire, injury, property loss, or financial loss unless directly caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Novormo.
Novormo’s liability is strictly limited to the direct value of the order in question.
Article 10 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes shall first be submitted to mediation or arbitration before court proceedings are initiated.
The courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement.
Article 11 – Payment Methods
We offer multiple secure and convenient payment options, including:

- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- PayPal
Additional processing fees may apply depending on the selected payment method. All costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Article 12 – Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are always the responsibility of the Consumer.
Novormo is not responsible for calculating, paying, or refunding customs-related costs. By placing an order, the Consumer accepts full responsibility for any customs, duties, or import-related charges.
