At Novormo, we do our best to deliver your orders in a reliable and affordable way. Our goal is to maintain a transparent shipping policy so you always know what to expect regarding processing times, delivery timeframes, and available tracking information.
Processing and Shipping Times
Your total delivery time consists of two stages:
Processing Time
We process your order within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves our processing facility, the average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.
Please note: these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or unexpected logistical issues.
Free Shipping
We offer standard free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package via our system and the carrier’s website.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update, depending on the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Before reaching out, we kindly ask you to:
- Verify that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct
- Check whether the package was delivered to a safe or alternate location (e.g., with a neighbor, reception, or package room)
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information
If the package is officially declared lost or arrives in damaged condition, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
